The trip was great and I enjoyed every aspect of what Gate 1 had to offer. You may remember my appreciation for your professionalism expressed to you personally before we departed and I have to say this professionalism continued throughout the holiday. Every step of the trip worked like clockwork and everyone from the tour guide through to the drivers and support staff were outstanding. The tours, locations and cultural information were also outstanding as were the hotels, meals, and little extras thrown in by our excellent tour guide Nu. I would not hesitate to recommend Gate 1 to my friends and would love to travel with Gate 1 again for my next holiday.

Fantastic. Uza is a great tour guide and very helpful. She even worked with the airline to get our bags checked all the way to Hong Kong, our next stop after the tour. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver and the helper are very professional. The hotels are very nice. I am looking forward to my next tour in August to Germany.

My first time using Gate 1 and we will definitely be using your services again. I told all my family and friends about Gate 1 and they are looking into using your services. Everyone on the tour have used your services multiple times and they all had wonderful experiences. I'm so glad we took this trip with Gate 1 and I'm looking forward to booking our trip to Dubai in a couple of months. Thank you again Gate 1 for providing exceptional service.

It was marvelous! Udom, our guide, made the trip. He was considerate, efficient, and informative. Without his knowledge and experience, we wouldn’t have gotten nearly as much from the tour. We learned about the history and culture of Thailand and of Buddhism, and he told personal stories that brought the facts and places to life. I especially enjoyed the school visit, and we both really appreciated the visit to the farms ... We must mention our extremely skilled drivers who handled large vehicles with calm and care. We’re in awe! Thanks to all who put these trips together and especially to Udom.

Thailand is an amazing country! Our Gate 1 tour guide, Pong, was very knowledgeable and informative. We visited many temples and landmarks. One nice thing is that I didn't realize we were staying at a beautiful resort called Mida in Kanchanaburi. And, unbelievably, we had only one day of rain when we went to see the floating market. The weather really cooperated. We visited a school en route to Bangkok and found out that Gate 1 supports a lot of local schools throughout the world. My friend and I also went to see the Siam Niramit Show & Dinner. It was just fantastic. The cost was reasonable and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you, Gate 1, for a wonderful tour experience.

My trip was simply amazing and perfection. First, my travel itinerary was perfect .... I was in a small group of 15 people and I really enjoyed my tour guide, Uza. Uza is a class act. She was very knowledgeable about Thailand, she was very relatable, caring, nurturing, and she knew the tours inside and out. Furthermore, she was able to recommend the best optional tours for my desires. Second, My driver was also phenomenal and really attentive and nice. Third, I enjoyed the host home dinner, that was really an honor and blessing to be greeted and treated so warm and kind. Fourth, I loved every hotel that we stayed in and the customer service was exceptional. Fifth, The trip flowed and we were where we needed to be in a timely fashion. Absolutely a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend gate 1 to anyone!!

The trip was great! As usual Gate 1 provided a full, enjoyable, and well-rounded itinerary. The hotels were comfortable, as was the touring coach. The Bangkok hotel was so well-situated, walking distance to all sorts of shops, restaurants, and night life. The resort on the river was a fantastic escape for a couple of days, it felt so isolated and peaceful. Anil was terrific - competent, organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bus driver, Mr. Honda, was also friendly and a safe and responsible driver in a country where traffic looked a bit on the chaotic side to me overall! The airport transfers were smooth and the sightseeing was amazing - there's so much exotic beauty and history and culture to soak up. I wish I could have dialed down the temperature by about twenty degrees, but that was beyond Gate 1's control! Overall a really enjoyable trip.

My trip to Thailand was very, very nice...The tour guide (Ya) was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable about his country, he treated us as family and took care of us as we were family...Ya went out of his way to show us as much of his country as he could even to the point on stopping for us to see how the locals barbecue rats ( a local delicatessen) it is an experience I will never forget...He gave us tips on what to do for the free days and suggested where the best places to eat...He spoke very good English and was able to get his point across. He anticipated what we wanted to know and elaborated on it and did not seem to be bothered by it. He volunteered to take pictures for us without us asking. This is the 3rd time we have traveled with Gate 1 and it has been a wonderful experience. My husband who does not like to travel will go if it is with Gate 1. My trip to Thailand was absolutely fabulous! I can’t believe how much Gate 1 packed into 16 days. I feel as if I really got the flavor of the country. Our tour guide, Oh, and his assistants were professional and caring, paying attention to every little detail from refreshing hand wipes to ice cold water to snacks to frequent restroom stops. Our accommodations were top notch! The itinerary was well thought out and planned. While we arrived exhausted at the end of each day, it was not without complete satisfaction with all that we had seen in any particular day. At each tour, we had plenty of time to take in our surroundings. While this was my first Gate 1 tour, it will not be my last one! I will recommend this company to any and everyone!

Fabulous. A fabulous trip partially because our tour guide Tuk went way above and beyond the call of duty and took care of absolutely everything. She did a sensational job. You are lucky to have a person like that working for Gate 1 Travel, that's for sure. However we also recognize that Gate 1 Travel made sure our trip was spectacular with ensuring good staff, good transportation, fabulous hotels, amazing meals and all the little things in between that make a difference between good and exceptional. Like always having fresh water available on those hot touring days, and arranging for our luggage to arrive in our rooms without us every having to worry about it. Sensational. So from here on in our group will continue to use Gate 1 Travel for our trips. Now the hardest question is : where to next?

We had a fantastic time in Thailand. Saw a lot of temples and palaces, ate delicious Thai food everyday, and had many novel and exciting experiences. Our tour manager Pete was friendly, organized, informative, upbeat and most of all, incredibly flexible. He really made the tour enjoyable for all of us, with his unwavering sense of humor and candor. We loved the personal color he added to descriptions of local culture and traditions, and his many helpful tips on shopping, restaurants, and places to visit on our own. The tour included a great balance between scheduled events and free time. Would definitely recommend this tour to all our friends.

The trip was wonderful! Lift was a great guide and really made the experience - the entire family had an amazing time! The driver was also great and took good care of us. The planned tours were well thought out and everything really seemed to be a well oiled machine from check in to tickets at the palaces, etc - no waiting in lines it truly was perfect!

This tour without a doubt was one of my best travel experiences ever. The most important point about this tour was the great character of our tour guide Ranee which played an essential role in our satisfaction. The hotels were superb. The meals were good as well. The schedule of the tour and how Ranee performed the programs were excellent. The driver and his assistant were both professional and good. Hope my next travel with the gate 1 next month will be as excellent as this one

I loved my Thailand trip. Rannie, our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations of Thailand. Everyone learned common Thai saying from Rannie, as well as food, culture, religion, and way of life. The hotels were wonderful. Legendha Sukhothai, Sukhothai made our Christmas Day extra special. I love to be around nature and serene places so Dusit Island Resort was the perfect evening for me. Looking forward to the Morocco trip next month. Gate 1 is very well organized with professional tour guides, and everything is well planned out. You're the best.

We had a fabulous experience. Steven took care of our every need. We learned so much about Thai culture and people. We had fun seeing Thailand and doing so many things there. Steven taught us so much about Buddhism, Thai customs, and on and on. The trip was everything that the brochure stated and so much more. You get an A++.
